Dening Cai  is a doctor of  Traditional Chinese Medicine and  CA Board Certified Acupuncturist.  After graduating from the Hubei College of  Traditional Chinese Medicine in the People 's  Republic of China, she served as doctor and clinic director at Ministry of Railways Hospital in Hubei Porvince for 11 years.

From 1982 to 1984 she taught a course on the Chinese  Medical Diagnosis and Acupuncture  techniques at  S.A.M.R.A  University, South Baylor University  and California  Acupuncture College.

In 1989, she taught a course on the Chinese Medical Diagnosis for the D.D.S cerfication program at UCLA.

From 1983 to 1989 Dr.Cai served as a California Acupuncture State Board Examiner.
